Oakland doesn't count man, and you know it. African American Vernacular "English" is still ENGLISH.

Actually, on Dec. 18, 1996 the Oakland School Board met and voted, unanimously, that African American Vernacular English or Ebony Phonics (Ebonics) is a language and not a dialect of English.
